At CAEL Perfumery, every fragrance is carefully prepared and presented with intention. We want you to feel confident with every purchase.

We take pride in the quality of the fragrances we provide and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible:

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
The full-size fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and seal.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all included components.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Opened, used, or unsealed full-size fragrances.
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at admin@caelperfumery.com to notify us that you would like to return your product. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
