Standard Shipping Fees: Cael Perfumery proudly offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United Arab Emirates. You will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the day the order is made. Only Standard Shipping Fee is free. 

Same-Day Shipping Fees : If you wish to receive your order on the same day a fee of 20 AED may apply. Enjoy Free Same-Day Delivery on orders above 350 AED. 
This applies all over United Arab Emirates and the order should be placed before 12PM. 

*Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched the same day of being placed.

Shipping within GCC 

Standard Shipping Fees: Enjoy complimentary Standard Delivery on orders above 550 AED. For orders below this price, a shipping fee of AED35 will apply for Standard Shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched the same day of being placed.

Delivery Time: Customers can expect delivery within 1 to 5 days business days, depending on their locations.

International Shipping

While CAEL primarily serves customers across the UAE and GCC, we are delighted to offer our fragrances to customers worldwide. Please find below the list of international destinations we currently deliver to.

Shipping Fees: A shipping fee of AED130 (around US$35/€30) will apply. 

Delivery Time: Delivery times for international orders will vary based on destination and carrier schedules. Customers can expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the location.

Customs and VAT: Cael Perfumery customers are responsible for any local VAT, duties, or customs fees that may be imposed upon the delivery of their order. While we strive to estimate these costs at the time of purchase, actual fees are determined by your local customs agency and may vary. Cael Perfumery is not liable for these additional charges; payment of these is the responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery.

Please note: All international shipments will come with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the journey of your purchase from our door to yours.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Fridays or GCC public holidays. During periods of high order volume or in the event of unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed and communicate any updates as promptly as possible.

For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
